Accommodation can only be booked in 4 week blocks (except for large study tours - please contact us with your details for an individual quotation)
4 Week Accommodation Block:
2010 Rates
Single: $1000/room
TWIN: $1600/room
2011 Rates
Single: $1100/room
Twin: $1720/room
Security Bond:
$275.00 per person
Linen Fee (Per 4 week block):
$50.00 per person
Administration fee for extension
$50.00 per four week block extension
Security Deposit for Wireless Internet Toggles (refundable on return)
$100.00*

Payment is accepted by cash (AUD) or a nominated Debit / Credit Card
Students who overstay their 4 week block will be subject to a daily rate of $75.00 per day for single occupancy and $120.00 per day for Dual occupancy. Students can request another 4 week block and may be granted that extension based on availability and conduct. If granted an additional block of stay, all payments are required in advance as with first time check in, and will include the additional $50 administration fee.
Students who leave the residence early are not entitled to a refund of prepaid accommodation fees.
